About Us

The Organization
The Yad Moshe Free Loan Fund was founded in 2007. Our management team consists of the [board of directors] working closely with the [executive director.]

Approbation

Yad Moshe Free Loan Fund is honored to have had the strong support and guidance from HaRav [Rabbi].  We are also recognized and endorsed by local [Rabbonim] and [others]

 

Mission and Goals

Achieve a balance of $2000 of cash assets

Make free loans available to Gan Torah and Torah Academy of Louisville, Kentucky to initiate and fund fundraising projects

Raise awareness of the need and value of Torah education, report upon and advertise successful fundraising projects to the school,     Anshei Sfard synagogue, the local Jewish community and beyond.

To undertake a Machsom L’fi: commitment by a group of interested volunteers to avoid speaking or hearing loshon hora during a two- hour period each day and to learn two laws regarding loshon hora.


Future Services

Among the services planned for the future are:

Student loan fund for individual families who cannot afford to pay all or some school tuition.

Donor-Directed loan funds to address special situations and make a major impact in the lives of those who benefit from the loans.

Loans to assist teachers

Nonreimbursed Scholarship grant program
